Saaras Impact Foundation is a non-profit organisation working for economically weaker sections and disadvantaged groups for their rights and welfare schemes in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana since 2017.

1. Assist eligible citizens to gain access to the benefits of the government welfare scheme.
2. To bridge the gaps in the policy implementation along with the government.

Our Approach
We work towards making citizens aware of their benefits and support them in availing the same. We work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders involved i.e. community, civil society, government, leverage technology, research, advocacy and data analytics to make the best impact.
Our Impact
In the last 3 years Saaras has made 62,243 citizens aware of their rights and supported 16,343 citizens to gain the access to their benefits.
What We Do
There are more than 740 welfare schemes existing to serve socio-economically weaker and disadvantaged sections of society that do not reach the citizens they are meant to benefit due to gaps in information and service delivery.

Project: Eklavya
Implementation of Right to Education (RTE) 12 (1) (c) in 14 districts in Uttar Pradesh.

We support pregnant and lactating mothers access maternity benefits through proper implementation of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY).
